Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything you need to know about delivery timelines, charges, and procedures for orders on OrganicBazarOnline.

Note: This Shipping Policy primarily applies to physical product deliveries on OrganicBazarOnline. Digital services (ConsultWithAstro, Software Services) do not require physical shipping.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms, timelines, charges, and procedures associated with delivery of products ordered through OrganicBazarOnline, operated by GenuineTechlab Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. Delivery Areas

1.1 Currently Serviceable Areas

  • Major metropolitan cities across India (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad)
  • Tier-2 cities as listed on the platform at time of checkout
  • Delivery availability is shown during the checkout process based on your pincode

1.2 Non-Serviceable Areas

  • Remote areas, certain rural pincodes, and international locations are not currently serviceable
  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before completing the order
  • We are continuously expanding our delivery network — check back for updated coverage

2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Standard Delivery

  • Metro cities: 1–2 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other serviceable areas: 3–5 business days

2.2 Express Delivery (where available)

  • Same-day delivery: Order before 11:00 AM for same-day delivery (select cities only)
  • Next-day delivery: Order before 6:00 PM for next business day delivery
  • Express delivery carries additional charges as displayed at checkout

2.3 Subscription Box Orders

  • Weekly subscription boxes: Delivered every Monday (or as per chosen schedule)
  • Bi-weekly subscription: Delivered on the 1st and 15th of each month
  • Monthly subscription: Delivered on the 1st of each month
  • Subscription schedule may vary by pincode and product availability

2.4 Note on Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays, festivals, or natural disasters
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Vendor processing delays
  • High order volumes during sale periods

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Standard Shipping

  • Order value ₹0–₹299: ₹49 shipping charge
  • Order value ₹300–₹499: ₹29 shipping charge
  • Order value ₹500 and above: FREE shipping

3.2 Express/Same-Day Shipping

  • Same-day delivery: ₹99 additional charge
  • Next-day delivery: ₹49 additional charge

3.3 Cold Chain / Temperature-Sensitive Products

  • Products requiring cold chain delivery may carry additional cold packaging charges
  • Charges are shown at checkout for applicable products

4. Order Tracking

  • Order confirmation is sent via email and SMS immediately after placing order
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent once order is dispatched
  • Track your order via the "My Orders" section in your account or via the tracking link in the email
  • Real-time tracking is available for orders delivered via our partner delivery partners
  • Customer support can assist with tracking: support@organicbazaronline.com

5. Delivery Attempts & Instructions

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • If delivery cannot be completed (no one home, wrong address), you will be notified
  • Undeliverable orders will be returned to the vendor after 2 failed attempts
  • For returned orders: refund initiated minus shipping charges (both ways for perishables)
  • You can provide special delivery instructions in the "Order Notes" field during checkout
  • Ensure accurate address with pincode, landmark, and contact number to avoid failed deliveries

6. Product Packaging

  • All products are packed in food-grade, eco-friendly packaging
  • Perishable items are packed with ice packs or insulated packaging where required
  • GenuineTechlab is committed to minimizing plastic use in packaging
  • If packaging is damaged upon receipt, photograph immediately before opening

7. International Shipping

Currently, GenuineTechlab and OrganicBazarOnline do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to addresses within India. We plan to expand internationally in the future — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

8. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, report within 24 hours with photographic evidence
  • Lost orders (not received within 3 days beyond estimated delivery): contact support immediately
  • We will investigate with our delivery partner and provide resolution within 5 business days
  • Resolution may include re-shipment or full refund depending on the situation

9. Vendor Shipping Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, packaging, and timely dispatch
  • Vendor must dispatch orders within 24 hours of order placement (48 hours for remote pickup locations)
  • Failure to dispatch on time may result in order cancellation with full refund to buyer
  • GenuineTechlab monitors vendor delivery performance and may suspend non-compliant vendors
