This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases, transactions, and subscriptions made through GenuineTechlab's platforms. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Refund Principles
- Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified for each product/service
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval (varies by bank/payment gateway)
- Refunds for UPI payments may reflect within 2–3 business days
- Refunds for credit/debit cards may take 7–10 business days
- We reserve the right to verify claims before processing refunds
2. OrganicBazarOnline — Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The product received is damaged, spoiled, or not as described
- The product is missing from the delivered order
- Wrong product was delivered
- Order was not delivered within the promised timeframe (and no alternative resolution offered)
- Product fails quality certification check upon receipt
2.2 Refund Request Timeframe
- Perishable goods (vegetables, fruits, dairy): Within 24 hours of delivery
- Non-perishable goods (packaged, dry goods): Within 48 hours of delivery
- Damaged products: Within 24 hours with photographic evidence
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
- Products returned without prior approval or notification
- Damage caused by customer after delivery
- Change of mind after delivery (for perishable items)
- Products consumed partially before raising complaint
2.4 How to Request

3. ConsultWithAstro — Refund Policy
3.1 Wallet/Credit Refunds
- Unused wallet balance: Fully refundable upon account closure request
- Technical failure during session: Full credit restored to wallet immediately
- Astrologer no-show / disconnection: Session credits fully refunded to wallet
- Poor network causing session failure (our side): Credit refunded
3.2 Consultation Fees
- Completed consultations are generally non-refundable (service has been rendered)
- If session quality was significantly poor due to our platform issues: credit refund upon review
- First-time users: 5-minute free session available — no charge if disconnected within first 2 minutes
3.3 Package Refunds
- Unused packages: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no session has started
- Partially used packages: Refund for unused sessions only, prorated
3.4 Non-Refundable
- Completed sessions where service was delivered as described
- Dissatisfaction with astrologer's predictions or guidance (subjective opinions)
- Sessions cancelled by user with less than 5 minutes notice
4. Software Development Services
4.1 Project Cancellation
- Before project start: 100% refund of advance paid
- Within first week of project start: 75% refund of advance paid
- After 25% project completion: Refund calculated based on work done; work delivered so far retained
- After 50% completion: No refund; deliverables up to that point will be provided
4.2 Milestone-Based Payments
- Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
- Disputes on milestone completion must be raised within 5 business days of delivery
5. Subscription Services
- Cancel before renewal: No charge for the next period; current period continues until expiry
- Cancel same day as renewal charge: Full refund within 24 hours of charge
- Cancel after 3 days of renewal: No refund for current period; cancellation effective next period
- Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund available within first 30 days
6. Gateway Charges & Transaction Fees
Payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2–3%) charged by Razorpay, Stripe, or other processors are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the net amount after deducting gateway charges, or as per applicable gateway policies.
7. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email support@genuinetechlab.com with subject line: "Refund Request – [Order ID / Transaction ID]"
Step 2: Include: full name, registered email, order/transaction ID, reason for refund, and supporting evidence (screenshots, photos)
Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Step 4: If approved, refund is processed within 5–7 business days
